What happens if my browser closes mid-visit?
Changes autosave, and a local backup is kept. When you reopen the visit, your draft is recovered.
Does the AI write to the chart on its own?
No. The scribe proposes chart changes, each with the words behind it, and nothing is filed until a clinician approves it.
What does signing do?
Signing locks the note, records the visit level you confirm, and creates the bill from your fee schedule.
